The situation

Riad Transport moves machinery, civil construction equipment and vehicles across Melbourne and Victoria on a 6-tonne tilt tray. The business was new. Its email was already hosted with us, but there was nothing for a customer to find: no website, no logo, and no Google Business Profile. Anyone searching for a tilt tray in the area would never see it.

What we did

Why it was built this way

For a one-truck business, most work comes from people searching nearby and calling straight away. So the priorities were a Google listing that shows up in the map results, a phone number that is one tap away, and a quote form that lands in the owner's inbox, not a shared one. A one-page site does that job without anything to maintain that the business does not need.

The owner keeps control of his own Google listing. We are added as a manager, not the other way around, so the business never depends on us to access its own profile.

What is next

Real photos of the truck at work are going onto the site and the listing, and the first Search Console results will show which suburbs and searches are bringing in enquiries.
